Good location close to the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, great for trade shows. The en-suite shower had powerful hot water.
The room showed significant wear, including frayed curtains and chipped doors. The strong smell in the lobby and corridors was off-putting, and noise from slamming doors made it tough to sleep. Thin walls allowed me to hear the TV next door, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty curtains and a leaking ceiling.

The room is comfortable and comes with air-con system. The location of the hotel is ideal for tourists as it is less than 5mins walk to metro station.
However the wifi is only available in the reception area which made accessing a little difficult.

Wifi available but the signal very weak and mostly only available at the lobby

The hotel location is excellent, just a short walk from the Convention Metro Station, making it easy to explore central Paris within 10-15 minutes.
While the room was clean, the shared bathroom situation could have been a concern during peak hours, as it seemed like it might get busy with more guests.

Everything is very comfortable here, had a real good stay of one night. All the rooms are air conditioned with twin beds and the staff is fairly friendly. The hotel is in a lovely and stunning location, next to a subway station.

The staff was very friendly and the location was good as it is located 50 meters away from the metro.
The bathroom was very small.

The bed was very comfortable. Free wifi in the lobby. Clean soft towels and sheets.
Many repairs seem to have been put off for some time - everything seemed rickety. Bathroom door peeling. Doable for the budget traveler, but don't expect luxury!

The location at the foot of metro station. Halal restaurants nearby.
I wish the hotel provides hot water dispenser/coffee making facilities.

cozy, cozy, cozy
First off, the location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the Convention Metro Station- perfect for exploring the city. I loved having a good patisserie right across the street.
would recommend 😊💖

Proximity to the metro. We were able to just jump straight on and get where we wanted to go. The rooms were basic, but clean and safe which was all we needed.
Staff were variable. The guy who checked us in was lovely and helpful but reception staff after were less so. Once spoke barely any English or French (which made asking questions about airport transfers hard and meant we ended up having to take a taxi) which another was on Skype chatting at maximum volume everytime we walked past. Also, our shower head was broken (had to be held instead of staying upright) and they were unable to address the problem during our three day stay.

Staffs of the hotel were very nice and friendly. Location was great-just a few steps from Metro and supermarket right next to the hotel. Nice shops and cafes are around the corner.
Shower room was dirty.

First impression was ruined by the tatty decor and sticky floors, not ideal for a place calling itself a hotel. Lacking the luxury I would expect, I also noticed the ghastly smell lingering in the hallways. A complimentary water bottle would have been good, yet apparently, that's too much to ask here.

The receptionists are friendly and it is not expensive for Paris.
The hotel is quit old, especially the bathroom. Shower is tiny and I am a small person. It is old so it is impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom at the same time - the doors do not close properly. There is plenty of fungus on the tiles as well. It was cleaned, just too old. Overall depressing bathroom experience. The room OK, though small. Additionally, the elevator is so tiny that it could fit only a small person (me) and my hand luggage.
